Marco Scagliola

Marco Scagliola is a dual qualified solicitor in England and Italian Avvocato. He qualified in Italy in 2002 and as solicitor of England & Wales in 2008. He is also a Registered Intermediary with the English Football Association.

He joined the firm in 2018 with a view to expand its sports & business practice and focus on commercial and cross-border transactions between England and Italy.

Marco’s experience in private practice is diverse and much varied across the commercial law spectrum, working primarily for private clients and small & medium size companies. He has recently expanded his expertise in sports towards other areas of advisory, such as wealth management and mental coaching, therefore he is a useful source of advice to sports professionals and clubs in England.
